When collecting goods in person from our warehouse, you can choose between bank transfer (advance payment) or cash or card payment on site. Warehouse address: 1106 Budapest, Porcelán u. 3-9.
Your package will be delivered to your door by courier service staff or our own delivery service. We optimize delivery for every order: you will receive notification regarding the delivery of your product.
If you choose cash on delivery in the webshop, you can pay for the product in cash or by credit card. The cash on delivery fee can be found in the webshop.
Foxpost
The package can be picked up at one of the FoxPost parcel locker locations. For shipments requested to be delivered to a parcel locker, the carrier will send a message to the recipient's mobile phone or email address regarding the availability of the package and the pickup deadline.
MPL
The package can be picked up at one of the MPL parcel machine locations. For shipments requested to an MPL machine, the carrier will send a message to the recipient's phone number or email address about the availability of the package and the pickup deadline.
MPL PostaPont
Packages can be collected at MOL locations 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and at Coop stores from Monday to Saturday. For shipments requested to be delivered to a PostaPont location, MPL will send a message to the recipient's mobile phone or email address regarding the availability of the package and the collection deadline, which may be up to five business days.
MPL Postal delivery
Parcels ordered for collection at the post office can be picked up during post office opening hours, even on weekends. For parcels requested for collection at the post office, MPL will send a message to the recipient's mobile phone or email address informing them that the parcel is available for collection and the collection deadline, which may be 5 working days.
We work with professional delivery teams. They will keep you informed every step of the way until you receive your package. Every package undergoes multiple checks before we pack and ship it. There is no chance that you will receive something other than what you ordered or that something will be missing from your order.
If we do receive a complaint of this nature, we will investigate and remedy the situation immediately. We will replace defective or damaged products as soon as possible. In the event of damage during transport, we require a report proving that the product was damaged due to the fault of the carrier.
Please report any problems detected upon receipt immediately, but no later than 24 hours after the date of receipt, in writing (info@watersnake.hu), so that we are aware of them and can initiate a complaint with the Shipping Partner. We are not responsible for damage caused by external physical impact (cracks, breaks, surface damage) after delivery! (The Shipping Partners are also not responsible for any problems detected later.)
For home delivery: The Service Provider will notify you of the delivery date and the code/package ID required for receipt by email and/or text message! If the packaging is intact, you can only inspect the product after receipt (or after payment in the case of cash on delivery). The courier is no longer obliged to wait for the buyer to unpack the package and check the product.
When ordering to a parcel locker: The Service Provider will notify you of the arrival of your parcel and the code required for collection by email and/or text message! If you choose a parcel locker, the ordered product can be collected from the selected locker, even at night. If the parcel locker is not working properly or the parcel is not in the locker, you can report this to FOXPOST/MPL customer service. If the parcel is damaged, please report this to FOXPOST/MPL customer service.
For orders delivered to parcel collection points, PostaPonts, and post offices: The ordered product will not be delivered to your address, but you can pick it up at the parcel collection point/post office you have selected. The Service Provider will notify you of the package pickup time and the code/package ID required for pickup by email and/or SMS! For packages picked up at parcel collection points, PostaPonts (MOL gas stations, COOP grocery stores) and post offices, it is important to check the condition of the package! In case of damaged packaging, a report will be made at your request.
Please note that in order to ensure successful contact and delivery, you must enter your postal code and telephone number accurately! Enter a delivery address where you will be during the day or where someone else can receive the ordered product (e.g., workplace, neighbor). When ordering, if the delivery address is different from the billing address, you must enter the selected address in the "delivery address" field! It is important that the address is as accurate as possible to ensure smooth delivery: postal code, city, street name, public area (street/road/etc.), house number and, if applicable, staircase/floor/door.
